On Facebook, someone posted that there is a new part number for the fuel strip, the 'new' part is supposed to be better than the old one.
BUT - I can't find anything about it. Anyone have someone in BMW that could get an answer.

The last two years have been pretty rotten with the restrictions and all.. Hopefully we'll have an all clear by spring and we can do some riding.

Au contraire - Original owner 2007 R1200R, 145,000 miles been everywhere. Boondock camping where a few guys on GS bikes turned back. Replaced crown bearing in rear drive at 40,000, drive shaft at 60,000. Bike still looks and runs good and could do a Coast to Coast run tomorrow. Never left me strande...

There are a number of places that can fix a dent rim. Check locally and see if one is near you.

Ok I'm kind of done with the Michleins, funny wear pattern even though everything is the same as when I ran PR-III and PR-IV. In the spring I'll need new tires, thinking of Dunlop Roadsmart III. Comments, thoughts or hopefully a review from someone that ran Dunlops.
