i was t boned on sun last a car exited at speed out of a service station to beat the on coming traffic and clocked me at about 25mph he caught the engine square on which saved me,i managed to jump clear of the bike, i was unhurt in the incident tomorrow the bike is getting a once over in my local bm...

i looked at the zumo 550 it costs 850 euro over here and 700 ish from a retailer in sheffield on e bay so the jury is still out on it at the min

as you prob can guess i just got my bike last week,
and i was wondering is there a tank cover for the rockster ,
i have searched the web but no joy so far ?,

you pay for what you get , bmw make bikes that last the pace,
you don,t see many japanese bikes lasting for 20 yrs,
tis all about enjoyment pretty soon you will be lucky if you can throw your leg over it, keep it between the ditches

i collected my bike yesterday
i traded my 650 cs,
the balance is brilliant,
the low to mid range is on the button,
everything about the bike is spot on ,

i was just on to the dealership and they said that the most popular tyre for the rockster is either a dunlop or a pilot road, i,ll give em the benifit of the doubt for the time being, if they are crap i,ll post my 2 cent worth

i have been looking out for a rockster since 2004, i have only seen one on the road here, quiet rare, so when one came up for sale i jumped on it,
when i collect on wed i have a 200mile trip home so smiles all the way i hope , happy days
