This is a strange one. The ABS system works fine unless I rev the engine to 5000rpm or above. At this point the abs lights flash alternately at about 1htz and ABS is disabled. Many thanks for the reply. I disovered the problem was a break in the lead between the ABS switch and the plug.

ABS problems
Hi I have a 99 R1100R. The ABS light are flashing alternately. I used an LED and resistor to get the code out of the ABS ECU which pointed to a bad rear wheel sensor which I replaced. However I cannot reset the Abs system with the switch and I cannot turn off the ABS with the switch. Is it possible ...
