I would be inclinded to get something like this from Garmin and lop off the cigarette lighter plug end.

I went down in the gravel about a month ago and bent the brackets on my flyscree. I was trying to remove the brackets this weekend in an attempt to straighten them as much as possible. I encountered the "Impossible to access 6mm bolts". Managed to get one free but the other is still hangi...
