Got Rear Ended Today But It's Ironic

So I took my bike in for an oil change. I recently bought a Stinger trailer to transport it to and from the dealer. I'm towing the empty trailer to the dealership to pick-up by bike, but I get stuck in traffic on the off ramp. The dealer was nice enough to wait for me after close, for me to get my b...

Another vote for the Azaro ST's. I have 7300 miles on mine, and still have some mile left in them. They are also a great tire in the wet. The ST is also apparently the tire of choice for FJR1300 riders. Another the consider is the new Conti Road Attack. I might try those for my next set, but leaving...

Battery Powered Digital Thermometers

Anyone use a small battery powered digital thermometer on their bike? I've seen a few shots every now and then that show small, round, analog thermometers. Where is a good place to buy?

Just Placed My Order

Once again, this site proves to be invaluable. I've been trying to find a quiet shield, and have been using both the Flyscreen and the NZ Bikescreen. I love the NZ screen, but I recently discovered how loud it really is versus no screen at all. Based upon all the comments and feedback, I placed an o...

Does anyone have any pictures of what the Parabellum Scout Fairing looks like from the rider's perspective? How is it mounted, and could I put in on myself if I'm not very mechanically inclined?

I took off my windshield today. Wow, what a difference. Who knew it could be so quiet riding without a screen? The big question is indeed, what about riding at 70-80mph on the slab? I do that a fair amount, and I tried it today. I would find it annoying after a while if I was riding without a screen...

I would wait the 10 days. The 180 may rub due to width, and a 55 will certainly not wear like the 60.

The experts always say to stay with the original fitment.

R1150R For Touring?

I've been riding for about 2 years now. My 2004 R1150R is my first bike, and I've put on about 8400 miles in the last two seasons. This year I rode from MI to Americade in NY, as well as the BMW rally in OH. I love the R, but I do get a lot of wind noise in my helmet, even with ear plugs. I'd like t...

Ditto

I had the identical experience. Only difference is that I CAN afford it. Holy crap, I just got my R a little over a year ago. Do I really need both, could the S be my one and only bike? The R is great, the S is phenomenal! Not sure how to make this decision...
