The Judge (or magistrate) will not even entertain your laser pen demonstration. It is not even close to the size and weight of the LIDAR gun. I've been reading the posts on this site since I got my '04 R1150R in November of '04. I spend a lot of time on this site - waiting for the snow to melt.
