Do these mirrors vibrate less than the standard Rockster ones?

Yes.
The state of engine tune can influence mirror vibration.
I had one K-RS mirror glass loosen and rattle. Nuisance.

Actually, on my Rockster they do vibrate less than the factory mirrors. Don't really have a clue why, just much happier with the K mirrors.
