Good friends!

Post by machew01 »

On December 4, I returned home from an 18-day hospitalization that included two operations. While I was in the hospital, the R1150R.net east coast rumor mill got fired up, and before I knew it, I had received get well wishes from R1150R.net board members in at least 6 states. Good friends are priceless, and I've made some good ones right here.

18 Days is a long time! Hope you are recuperating well and that you are ready to ride real soon! Welcome back.

Thanks, Bob and Rich. It is good to be home, especially following 18 days of abject misery. Hopefully, when spring breaks out, I'll be strong enough to ride again!

Chew, while I don't normally approve of rumor mills, I hope you don't mind me jump starting that one.

Glad you are on the mend and here's hoping for a spring ride and camp before you know it!

WNCBMW, a spring ride and camp will be perfect. However, you might have to help me on and off the motorcycle, and you'll have to put up and take down my tent. I'm quite sure that I won't have recovered that much yet. At the moment, I'm not sure if I'll have the stamina to make it to Marietta for the Bash. I'll have to get in some early spring riding and work my way up to being able to ride that far.
