Proctor, VT, to Twillingate, NL, and back via Cabot Trail

Two months ago my brother and I rolled into Proctor after 3200 miles through the Canadian Maritimes via BMW and ferry. He was on an oldie but goodie K100RT, and I was on my R12R. I could go on and on about the trip, but I'll just throw up a few pictures and say only, you have to see it for yourself. Like books and movies, sometimes it doesn't work to recommend places to see. But I think anyone with a pulse would love the City market - really more like a farmers' market/street fair - in St. John, NB. It's the oldest continuous one in Canada, dating from the late 1700's.
Like I said, I could go on. But you should explore it yourself. If you're a reader, The Shipping News is a good introduction to "The rock" and its people.
And the stateroom on the ferry is definitely worth the money.
