RnineT ownership.

Post by Tigcraft »

Well I had this conversation a few times with people that have rode for years….. I’m getting old…. Bikes too heavy… I need a lower bike….
Well that was the same problem I was coming across with my Rockster.

So 23 1/2 months ago I bought a RnineT as I just couldn’t live without a naked boxer and my Rockster was too tall n bulky. I chose a 9T this time as it was as new I could get with an air cooled motor although nearly got a 1200R!
This is where I’m different to other 9T owners and more towards R1150R owners, I like to have a practical bike, service it myself and tour on so I built my 9T into a tourer and made some prototype luggage framework to carry ‘shad’ panniers. I also built a sensible rear mudguard too!
As usual I can’t seem to post pics
