Log-in answer found!
Like possibly some others of you I'd been having extreme difficulty in logging in to this board. Last night I looked up the phpBB forum software people and emailed technical support asking for help. Within a couple hours I had an answer.

Hi Wayne,
If you're putting it the correct username and password but still aren't able to login, then I would say you're probably not doing anything wrong. If it's logging you out randomly, then again, I would say that's unlikely to be caused by something you're doing.
By default, the forum is loading in an iframe, and the cookie that's being set is limited to /board/. So I'm not surprised that it's not working correctly. Try going to the forum directly and see if it works better for you: index.php
It's possible that there are other configuration errors made. Unfortunately, only the administrators can fix this. If you manage to get in touch with them, feel free to send them my way and I'll be happy to help them fix it.
Best regards,
Yuriy

And now since it's cold here with snow on the ground I think it'd be a good day to change my RT's antifreeze.

Re: Log-in answer found!
I'm just wondering if I need it neat or not - it doesn't get as cold here in the UK.
Re: Log-in answer found!
Just what the forum needed, another AntiFreeze thread. I switched to Evans waterless Coolant.
Now how about that Oil you using.
I'm currently going with the Rotella T4 15-40 but sometimes in hot weather wonder if I should change to a 20-50 wt., not available in the Rotella.

Re: Log-in answer found!
One of the first R riders I ever met (MikeCam) had a stable full of Boxer engine BMW's. He used Rotella 15/40 in his as well. This was in '03-'04. Back then I got in the habit of using Castrol 10/40 and 20/50. I've stayed with it and on my 3rd R now. Walmart always has a good price on Rotella but like you've pointed out there is no 20/50.

Re: Log-in answer found!
I think I'm sticking with the Rotella 15-40 in all my Boxers, (five). Maybe on a long trip during summer consider a 20-50. When I do it's been the Valvoline motorcycle oil 20-50. 15-40 in the manual says it ends at the 95 degree I think were the 20-50 goes beyond. Actually the concern is more the manual recommended weight Vs. temperature than the actual oil manufacture for me.
