Handlebar, Caps and Rider Pegs

Good evening,

Does anyone has an experience of changing handlebar caps ? I just changed the worn grips with Ariete grips and observed that internal part of the caps are rusty. If there is a market available end cap, I would like to change without revisioning the originals.

In the meantime the rubbers on the rider pegs are aged. Should I replace the rubber on that or there are available pegs from motorcycle part suppliers ?
