Because I have my own opinions on how I like things, that's why!

A warm Saturday evening in January at Monocacy National Battlefield.

At the base of the monument, a plaque reads:

"Erected by the state of
New Jersey to commemorate the
heroic services of the 14th Regiment
New Jersey Volunteer Infantry
1st Brigade, 3rd Division, 6th Army Corps
Army of the Potomac at the
Battle of Monocacy, MD.
July 9, 1864"

"The 14th Regiment New Jersey
Volunteers was organized on the
Monmouth Battle Ground and
mustered in to the United States
service near Freehold, New
Jersey, August 26, 1862, and was
mustered out June 18, 1865, near
Washington, D.C."

Glad to see some new photos. The bike makes a pretty good plant stand.

Thanks Rrider! Those were some older photos, posing as a planter, but here's a few new one's. Life is tough in California in the winter time. ;)
We went to the infamous Rock Store on Mulholland for breakfast with some friends, lots of neat bikes there. My R sure doesn't turn too many heads lost is a sea of chrome and plastic, but does usually surprise folks who try and keep up with me in the twisties.

Sorry for the one non-R photo, it was just such a neat bike I'm sharing it too.

You have to use a hosting site (picasa, smugmug, imgur etc.) and put a img link to that image here.

Hi There!
March 2nd in Romania: 1st ride in the countryside, around 300 km from 7 till 11:30 am, by an average of 2 degrees Celsius...a bit chilly but worth it. The bike which got its winter maintenance last week ran just beautifully...I love this bike!
Cheers Mate.

Saw this color in person today at MAX NH ... that metallic black is damn sweet in the sun =D> Thought I'd dislike the gold touches on the calipers but it actually sets off nicely, better in person IMHO. Makes me *think* about painting my matte grey...

Oh... and the ONE they had on the floor sold today while I was there :D

Hello,

The mud color isn't bad either, especially at the beginning of the season :)
What do you think?

Getting coffee in Copperopolis on the way into the hills for some real riding.

Had to be careful to not pull a Peewee Herman on this row of Harleys.
