Yes, a little and No.
I have a similar set-up but with a brilliantly modified muffler
internal carried out by a highly skilled member here.
So now the bike sounds like a bike and has slightly better
acceleration and is a little more frugal on fuel. The system
was able to adequately compensate for the changes with
no adjustment being required. HTH :)

I just put on a "Y" pipe and a Remus muffler. Not sure yet if I like it. I'm doing about a 500 mile trip this weekend, that will tell the tail. [If] I do not?...I'll switch back to stock.

Well, I did my trip, 440 miles,..and I'm still not sure? It sounds good, not loud,..looks nice , but!..the motorcycle feels like it has a buzz in it , it never had?, right at about 3000-3200 rpm. You know ? like sound [pulse waves] will do.
It's very slight. Anyone else noticed anything like that?...with an aftermarket set up?

See my post above.

Well POOP!...did you try the "Y" pipe, & stock muffler? As I said, I'm not into noise?....but would like to have the other advantages, weight loss...and just having it 'un-corked' so-to-speak.

The 'buzz' isn't really bad...but wasn't there before, and I'm wondering if on a long trip, [several long days strung together] if it might get to me?

I also have a resonance around 3100 RPM on my Rock, but my exhaust is fully uncorked, Two Brothers y-pipe with a Leo Vince slip-on. My cure for the problem, don't let it sit at 3100 RPM. I usually keep my cruising RPMs around 4k and have no annoying resonance by doing that

LOL!!...you don't live in,.. or travel much in, Ohio. 31-3200 6th gear is just above the speed limit,...and my state cuts no slack....too no body.... 8-[
