Thanks for posting, your reviews are always very professionally done. The lift is interesting in design, however I fail to see it's usefulness as a service tool specifically on the R1200R series. The R on it's center stand allow's adequate access to all service areas until the rear trellis is removed (thus removing the center stand) then a simple engine stand will suffice. If you've got an extra $500 bucks and the perfect garage floor, go for it.

Thank you. For me, raising the R more than the centerstand height can was more comfy to work on. Whether that's worth $500+ is the question....
