have a great trip

Post by xprof »

I met "hoflix" Friday on his R, on top of Tioga Pass; he said he was heading for New York and back. Everybody wish him a great trip!

Cool ! good luck to him !
Los Angeles-->New York-->Los Angeles... my dream ! such a lucky rider

Hey ! by any chances is there someone who wrote a kind of useful list of anything needed to know for a safe and affordable LA-NY-LA... Safety tips, all the affordable independent mechanics on the way, original eatery's, safe & cool spot to camp etc etc... all kind of informations to load on the GPS for example.

Not that I don't like adventure... but if I was doing such trip I would like to do it often, safe & trouble free to enjoy the kind of cultural advantage of being interstates and bi-coastal .

How much does it cost in gas ? 8000 miles... 250 miles per gas tank $16 to fill up equal $512 roughly (32x$16).
Pain is Ignorance this is why it really hurt...
