I liked your conversation with the guy telling you about all the damage you're causing:

Dad2g5: "...i would know I am a ASE certified Master technician with 7+ years of experience"

Response: "ok"

Good rebuttal.

Hey, no hard feelings. You just never know how much some people don't know. You know? Maybe we're looking out for each other, Chitown... you might need to cut back on the caffeine a bit ;) . Almost made me cry...

I don't drink caffeine... :D
Don't take anything I say personally, nobody should... except WILDPIG. I hated that douche bag.

As the "kid" around here it's my duty to keep a balance, I'd hate to see our longer standing good hearted member drive off other newer members with the whole " you should ride this way or that way because it's safer" BS. It's annoying.
Especially when the it's completely off topic, and out of context.
I'd hate to see this great forum become like the other moa forums with all the old school do-gooder, my way is best because I've been doing it like this for 50 years mentality.
We can all learn from each other no doubt, but any time I see the Safety Patrol overstepping giving "helpful" advise and just trying to force personal views for what ever reason on someone that didn't even ask for it, I'll be right here to jump in and throw gas on the fire.

Have a great Day fellow Roadster riders!

Joe,

I think that should be:

"I don't drink... caffeine... :D"

Funny we share the same opinion on our departed troll.. :)

Not surprising, given what he liked to ride... ;-]

Good roads,
