The sole BIG change was between 2006 and 2007 with the move from happy guy integral ABS to Continental-Teves ABS. I am told there were hundreds of small engineering refinements to the system.

I'd love to trade up to the new green K1200R but I struggle financial now even with my old R1150R so I can't afford to..Maybe one day.

My dealer has a beautiful new black KR with silver/grey wheels and it also looks great. Maybe when the new 1300's come out the 1200's will drop a bit in price.

I often sit on new bikes and dream of upgrading but on 99% of them I don't fit (being 6'4") but the K1200R seems to fit like a glove.
