Rather than just tell you what to run, the best advice I got was that the difference between cold and hot pressure should be about 10% if they are inflated correctly.

Just take off the muffler! I did it for a full size bag on that side but it does give the bike a deeper, richer and yes, louder sound. Not anything annoying, like a HD with straight pipes though!
