Just had mine out for the first time in over 80F ambient and maybe my blood's thicker or my pants thinner but I can feel a significant difference in heat on my legs and feet vs. my 2008 R12R. Enough to make me want to figure out a way to shield the air down and away if I'm going to ride long distan...

Steve, when you removed the flap did you have to install a short length of pipe in its place?

Hi Catchina As far as I can tell Staintune make a slip-on muffler and also a set of header pipes for the Hexhead R1200R, the Camhead RT and the Camhead GS. As for the differences between the R1200R Hexhead and Camhead, I think it is just dimensional - perhaps the position of a bracket or the length ...
