Oregon has the same rules about not allowing customers to pump gas. However, here motorcycles are exempt. Would guess NJ is the same. Local club should be able to tell you.
I do like the law. Allows teenagers to work somewhere besides a McJob!
Think you need to wash the bike no matter what.

Re: Found an F800ST. Have an R1150R. What do you think?
Ton of info on the f800riders forum. If I recall the '06 and '07 had lots of troubles. Computer remapping seems to have solved the stall fault. Recent reports of bearing failures on the rear on the older units including early '08s. I've had my '09 F8ST for 2 years and 19k miles. Never had a stalling...

Leaving Wednesday and have a problem
Taking off on my first big trip. From Central Oregon to central Cal and Yosemite, back over Tioga and home. Loaded up the bike today for a test ride and took a short ride to see how everything would be. Have a F800ST with Trax cases and a top box. Behind me was a bag with rain gear and sleeping bag....

Re: Little things, greater satisfaction
Thanks for the great tips! =D> I really like the Grip Puppies. Very easy install, doesn't look like an add on. Vibration reduced quite a bit. Heat takes a bit longer to warm thru the stock grips and the GP's but it gets there. Only negative I have heard of was with heat on full on a dry day, they mi...
